Guarantee:
1) We carefully select only high quality material & design that we believe you will love. In case you don't, or if the size is wrong, all items carry a 7 day money back guarantee, for credit (to your credit card) or exchange, on the cost of the merchandise. Items must be returned unworn, in original condition.

2) If in stock, we guarantee to ship your order no later than 7 business days after you place the order. If we don't, we will refund you the freight charge on your order. This guarantee applies only to orders placed with credit cards which have the correct credit card billing address, and does not apply if we have to contact you for information that is missing from your order. Orders placed with PayByCheck online electronic check service will be held for 7 business days for funds to clear. International orders ship only Tues-Fri.

In the very unlikely event that an item you order is not in stock, we will notify you within 24 hours via telephone or email. 

Payments
You may pay for your order with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or JCB card, as well as by check, money order or wire transfer. We also accept PayPal. Orders may be placed through our web site, or by phone at 1-800-790-6080

Shipping: We ship most orders by UPS Ground. Shipping charges are:

UPS Ground shipping is free on orders of $125 or more.

Expedited shipping:
For guaranteed shipping times, UPS 2Day ($12.95) and Overnight($21.95) are always available. Orders placed before 2pm Central time M-F will ship the same day.

About UPS: UPS does not count weekend days or holidays. A UPS Overnight order placed on Friday will be delivered Monday. Likewise, a UPS 2Day order placed Thursday will be delivered on Monday, and a 2Day order placed on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. We can arrange for Saturday delivery of Overnight shipments placed on Friday, there is an extra charge of $17.00, and you must call us toll free at 1-800-790-6080 for this service. UPS orders placed after 2PM Central time on Friday or all day Saturday or Sunday will not be able to be shipped until Monday, as UPS does not pick up on weekends.

International shipping:
Yes, we can ship most of our items to international addresses. International orders must have the correct billing address for the credit card, and ship to the same country from which the credit card is issued. We can also ship orders upon receipt of an international money order in US Funds. Check here for more details.

It is quickest and most efficient for you to place your order with our secure shopping cart. Exchange and Return Policy:
You may exchange or return items purchased from our store within 7 days, as long as they are unworn and in new condition.

All order information is transacted on Americart's secure server, which is state of the art. This cart uses SSL technology to transmit credit card information. We never sell or give out any personal information (names, email addresses, etc), so you can shop with us with confidence.

Safe Shopping Guarantee
We guarantee that every online transaction you make with us will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

IP# The IP# of your computer is recorded every time you make a purchase with us. In the event that an order is placed fraudulently or with a stolen credit card number, we reserve the right to share the IP#, name and address with appropriate authorities

Cookies Simply put, a cookie is a small piece of information that web sites use to remember information about users. We use cookies only to record what items you have placed in your shopping cart, and not for any other purpose.

Data Sharing We collect information on our customers only as described above, and do not use it for any purpose except to fill orders. We do not ever sell, share, or distribute our customer information with any other entity.

Other Sites There are links to other web sites which appear on our pages. We, of course, cannot be responsible for the content or activities of sites not under our control. If you visit these sites, be sure and review their policies before providing information. If you find the content or policies of a linked website to be objectionable, please notify us, and we will review the situation.

International Shipping

We are pleased to be able to offer most of our products to our international customers, but these transactions are a little more complicated than shipping within the US. Here are some guidelines to how it works:

1) Credit cards must be issued from a bank in the country where the product is being shipped, and we can generally only ship to the credit card billing address that is registered for the card.

2) Shipping - We strongly recommend shipping all orders via International Airmail. This is a 14-21 day service for most countries, and in our experience works very well most of the time. Most of our customers do receive their orders within 2 weeks, though on rare occasions, it may take up to four weeks. If you have not received your package within 21 days, please check with your postal carrier.

The primary advantage of Airmail is cost - the shipping cost is usually $10-$22, depending on the weight of the shipment.

We charge based on the value of your order.

Orders to Canada:
$0-$50 US  Shipping: $12
$50US+     Shipping: $16
Other International Destinations:
$0-$50US   Shipping: $20
$50US+     Shipping: $24

Please note that there may be a surcharge for very heavy shipments. When you place your order, we will contact you if there will be additional shipping charges. Shipments to Canada will be charged at the International rate, and the $5 discount will be credited back to your credit card. You must choose International Airmail as the shipping option in order to be billed correctly for shipping.

3) Duty/Taxes: All international shipments are subject to duty and taxes, and all such charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Duty/VAT is not always charged on Airmail shipments, unless the value is high, but there is no guarantee on this. Duty, VAT, plus a processing fee are always charged on UPS shipments. While exact amounts vary by country, duty and taxes are typically 20-30% of the purchase price.

4) Orders can be shipped via UPS International, but the cost ranges from $37-$47 for the shipment, plus there is always a processing/duty/VAT fee from UPS, which often runs an additional $20-$40 or as high as 30% of the merchandise value, depending on the value of the shipment. Consequently, we recommend against using UPS, unless you absolutely have to have an item quickly. UPS is normally a 1-2 business day service. PLEASE NOTE: If you place an order to ship UPS of FedEx International, and you refuse delivery for ANY REASON, the shipper will bill us for the shipment cost both ways, plus the duties and taxes. THIS CAN AMOUNT TO $200-300, OR MORE, and we WILL DEDUCT THAT AMOUNT FROM ANY REFUND YOU HAVE COMING TO YOU FROM THE RETURN.
